Shipping & Order Processing Policy

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed only during business hours (Saturday & Sunday).

• Orders placed Monday–Friday will be processed on the next business day (Saturday).Orders placed Saturday–Sunday will be processed the that business day (and shipped during the weekdays.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped out within 1 business day.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after processing.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive for fast delivery, carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are beyond our control.

You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

5. Need It Faster?

If you need urgent delivery, contact us before ordering to check options.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

To cancel or modify an order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase (before processing).
